Philippians 1:12-26 – Joy to the World

Luke 2:1-20 – Angels From the Realms of Glory

The reoccurring presence of the Angel of the Lord around the time of the birth of Jesus is a clue for us as to just how significant His coming was. We have much to learn from observing the coming of the angel as well as considering our own awareness of the realms of glory.

Matthew 1:1-17 – O Little Town of Bethlehem

Matthew’s genealogy of Jesus helps us to see and understand that the coming of the Messiah was planned with meticulous detail from the very beginning. The timing of Jesus’ arrival, the family He was born into and even the location were all part of God’s plan.

Hebrews 1:1-3 – O Come, O Come Emmanuel
